Belanger's Rain Arch™ provides a fast saturating application with minimal delivery mist. This Rain
Arch's unique free falling rain shower like delivery can be used for virtually any tunnel wash
application. Select your desired water, wax, RO, or drying agent, and then select the rain shower
intensity you want it applied with. The Rain Arch is a welcomed addition to any wash tunnel because
of its unique application delivery, performance flexibility, economical price point, and minimal space
requirement.
Unlike traditional arches with nozzles that may spray too much mist in a wash's finishing area, the
Rain Arch eliminates this concern with its nozzle-free delivery. Depending on your needs, the Rain
Arch can be customized to provide you with just the right amount of application power you require.
Choose from the single 100-hole option, the double 200-hole, or the triple 300-hole configuration. All
Rain Arch manifolds are precision laser cut for optimum application delivery.
The Rain Arch delivers superior flexibility in tunnel configurations with space restraints. Simply
mount the Rain Arch manifold to any existing 4x4 aluminum arch, a Belanger Uni-Arch, or even the
ceiling to effectively wash away hard to rinse residual chemicals. The Rain Arch's simple design
allows for fast installation and requires near-zero maintenance.

Belanger's Uni-Arch™ was engineered to be the most universal functioning arch in the industry.
Constructed to efficiently deliver precise spray coverage to the entire vehicle without waste, the Uni-
Arch is designed to be flexibly used as a prep arch, rinse arch, wax arch, or any combination of them.
Add multiple arches such as a prep arch to reduce vehicle prep labor, and then add a wax and rinse
arch to reveal the sparkling wash results.
The Uni-Arch also has a unique visual appeal which replaces the industrial look of welded and bolted
metal with a soft, rounded, and colorful look. The Uni-Arch is available in red or blue colored
protective foam to compliment your car wash marketing image.
Each 12 nozzle arch is available with stainless steel or brass fittings. Stainless steel fittings are
approved to deliver high pressure up to 1000 PSI and are preferred for RO water and all industry
approved acids and alkalines. Brass fittings are approved to operate up to 150 PSI and are perfect
for neutral chemical applications. Simply choose the applicator style you need and then choose the
nozzle configuration that achieves the desired volume and spray pattern for the job.
